Our Story
When a company is growing fast and deals are closing, everyone feels it - there's a confidence that runs through everything. And the moment that stops, the anxiety spreads fast. The sales team is at the coal face here.
They know before anyone else when it's going to be a hard month. When they're stretched too thin, it's not just their problem, the whole company is at risk. But running a high-performing sales team is one of the hardest operational problems a company faces. Dozens of critical jobs all have to happen consistently for a team to perform. In practice, they're spread across stretched people who are already doing too much. Critical work falls through the cracks, good teams underperform, and the whole company suffers.
Alex, Dan and Alistair came together to solve this by building Taylor - The AI teammate that builds a real understanding of what's happening inside a sales team, and acts on that understanding without being asked. When she joins a team she steps into their workflows and starts running things - improving what's there, filling the gaps, and building what's missing. The result? Companies that confidently scale further and faster than was ever possible before.
